        * gtk/gtkpixmap.h
          gtk/gtkpixmap.c: Pixmaps now grey out when insensitive,
          code thanks to GNOME stock by Eckehard Berns.  New function
          gtk_pixmap_set_build_insensitive to provide ability to turn
          this off.
